Baran CTS is created as a clinical research company in Istanbul, Turkey at April 2006, named as neither a CRO nor an SMO but acting a role achieving successful clinical trials on time and on budget supporting human subjects and their trial sites in Turkey. Patient support and Clinical Trial Site support are the main profession of the company.
I am also working as freelancer CRA and interviewer.

I joined Altis CRO at the beginning of its foundation to be responsible for all aspects of the company. As a one and only employee, first year I had strategically focused on our first job Cardiovascular Risk Survey in Turkey, held with near 100 investigators and 5600 patients successfully. After that successful survey ,Altis CRO worked closely with Aventis and Roche. During this period I conducted over ten multinational phase III and Phase IV studies in Cardiology, Nephrology, Gastroenterology, and Oncology as CRA, S-CRA and Project Manager. After being there over 4 years, I decided to be in the field by myself to focus niche areas of clinical trials in Turkey. Therefore I resigned from Altis CRO at the end of 2006.
